Residential AutoCAD Drafter:
Architectural Innovations, P.S. is looking for an experienced Residential AutoCAD Drafter.
Candidate must have thorough knowledge of residential construction.
Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard architectural techniques under clearly specified assignments. Understands how housing systems and structures go together and how to accurately draft in construction standards. Transforms initial rough product designs using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. AutoCAD Drafter relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Minimum 2 years of experience drafting in the architectural field is required. Knowledge of building codes and wood frame construction are necessary. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD 2009 and beyond.We are NOT looking for beginners.

CAD Drafter Sr.
Architectural Innovations, P.S. is looking for an experienced Residential AutoCAD Drafter.
Candidate must have thorough knowledge of residential construction.

May be responsible for coordinating and determining quantity and types of materials, while planning sequences for ordering materials.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field or in a related area.Must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experiences and judgments to plan and accomplish goals. Regularly performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to Principal. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Architect
Conceives, designs, plans, and constructs models for new or modified structures. Will be required to provide some client development and marketing.Must have the ability to manage design and administer projects. Must be able to meet with clients and develop details and communicate this information to the drafting team member as well as the clients.Must be able to efficiently review drawings for completeness and correctness and then communicate and manage team members to complete the task at hand.Need to be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. May be responsible for coordinating and determining quantity and types of materials, while planning sequences for ordering materials.May require a bachelor’s degree in related area and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Project Manager
Aggressive and motivated Project Manager with a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience.
Assignments will be given in terms of broad objectives. Experienced working with clients in design and sales of single-family detached housing.Must have strong technical skills with ability to communicate verbally and graphically with team.Must have ability to sketch, hand-draft and be proficient in AutoCAD 2009 and beyond. Must be able to manage budgetary, scheduling, production, and consultant aspects of projects.Responsible for advising owner of project status on a regular basis.Knowledge of zoning and land use coordination, site analyses and feasibility studies and all phases of design and construction documentation is necessary.Has the responsibility of informing clients as to revisions in the scope of work, obtaining authorization, and coordinating with accounting as well as properly documenting tracking all paperwork. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedBachelor’s degree in architecture required, licensed preferred but experience is more crucial.
